Roditis (also known as Alepou), an indigenous variety with a centuries-long presence in Greek vineyards and deep roots in the Tyrnavos region, reveals its class in this dry white wine. It offers a generous fruit palette, rounded and full flavor, and refreshing acidity.
Awarded a Bronze Medal at the Thessaloniki International Wine & Spirits Competition, held under the auspices of the International Organization of Vine and Wine.

Harvest:
The grapes are hand-picked from selected vineyard sites. They are carefully transported in small crates.
Vinification:
White Vinification. Fermentation with selected yeasts at controlled low temperatures.
