Dry White Retsina Wine
Retsina is a traditional wine produced using the ancient method of adding pine resin during fermentation.
It is characterized by a fresh, cool, and light profile, with delicate notes of pine that harmoniously balance with the wine’s acidity and flavor. It is an ideal choice to accompany traditional Greek dishes and seafood, highlighting Mediterranean cuisine.

Harvest:
The grapes are hand-picked from selected vineyard sites. They are carefully transported in small crates.
Vinification:
White vinification with the addition of pine resin to the fermenting must. Fermentation with selected yeasts at strictly controlled low temperatures.
