Harvest:
The grapes are hand-picked from selected low-yield vineyard sites that highlight the variety’s characteristics. They are carefully transported in small crates.
Vinification:
Rosé vinification using the saignée method. The must remains in contact with the grape pomace for a few hours. Fermentation with selected yeasts at strictly controlled low temperatures.
Alcohol content: 12% Vol
