Oenological Laboratory
The scientific staff—the oenologists—supported by the appropriate laboratory and technical infrastructure, guide, monitor, and control the production of all products at every stage of the process. The continuous supervision of the vineyards by agronomists, based on the integrated management system applied, together with the fully equipped oenological laboratory that performs a wide range of analyses and inspections, ensures the safety and quality of the grapes, wines, and distillates.
