Aromatization with Chios Mastic:
In this new Geographical Indication Tsipouro of Tyrnavos with Chios Mastiha, the aromatization is achieved by re-distilling the single-variety Tsipouro from Moschato Tyrnavou of A.O.S. Tyrnavos with the addition of Mastic.
Vinification / Distillation:
The Cooperative, with decades of knowledge and experience in distillation, revived and further developed a traditional distillation method using the precious, multi-use, and well-known for its properties, Chios mastic.
