A semi-sweet wine produced from red Moschato Tyrnavou grapes using the blanc de noir method. It delivers explosive rose and rose-petal aromas, with a gentle touch of sweetness and a balanced palate, culminating in a long finish that completes this exceptional expression.
Awarded a Gold Medal at the Thessaloniki International Wine & Spirits Competition, held under the auspices of the International Organization of Vine and Wine.

Harvest:
The grapes are hand-picked from selected low-yield vineyard sites that showcase the variety’s characteristics. They are carefully transported in small crates.
Vinification:
In blanc de noir vinification, only the free-run must is collected after destemming to avoid any coloration of the juice. Fermentation follows with selected yeasts at strictly controlled low temperatures to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity.
