The aristocratic and widely travelled Syrah grape variety thrives in the temperate climate of the Tyrnavos vineyards, producing a highly aromatic expression of this beloved wine with an impressive deep ruby color. A wine distinguished by its rich aromatic profile of red fruits with a spicy finish and subtle tannins, featuring a uniquely excellent structure.
Ideal for pairing with meats, grilled dishes, and aged yellow cheeses, enhancing every meal. Its rich finish and balanced character also make it perfect to enjoy on its own. A wine that impresses with elegance and expressiveness.
Harvest:
The grapes are hand-picked from selected low-yield vineyard sites that highlight the variety’s characteristics. They are carefully transported in small crates.
Vinification:
Classic red vinification with fermentation in stainless-steel vinificators at controlled temperatures up to 24°C. Aged in stainless-steel tanks for at least 6 months.
