With continuous monitoring of vineyard ripening by both the agronomy and oenology departments, the exact timing of the harvest—as well as the grape reception procedure—is determined to ensure the highest possible quality.

For more than two months, the Winery becomes the central point of reference for the entire region, since grapes are its primary agricultural product.

The vine-grower members of the Cooperative harvest their grapes and deliver them to the winery for processing. More than 10,000 tons are received each year at prices that safeguard members’ income. It is worth noting that these volumes play a regulatory role in determining grape income across the entire Tyrnavos grape market.
